    Not going to get into the depths, very very deep depths of struggles my man and I have had trying to diagnose and fix our hot tub. This pump arrived extremely fast and even tho it ended up not being the exact same as our old pump, the seller was communicative and offered to help me get what I needed. We managed to make this pump work( even tho our issue was fuses and not pump) but still happy overall with purchase and transaction. Great seller and great product.

Shipping may seem high, but I would rather spend a little more to buy from someone who will quickly answer your questions.     When I called customer service I got to talk with Jim, a real human, who supplied the information I required and I didn't have to wade through 20 minutes of computerized menus. That's a big plus. The motor/pump arrived in a timely manner and was exactly as described. it is installed in my Softub and working perfectly. The shipping ($24.00) cost could have been worse, but the pump is surprisingly heavy.
