Hello! My name is Kristen and I am a registered nurse, work with my partner Andy who repairs Hybrid vehicle batteries all around the Midwest. We sell previously used hybrid vehicle batteries and hybrid vehicle parts. If you're looking for a part we don't currently have please drop us a message and we'll see if we can get it for you. We also sell aftermarket Harley parts, and all sorts of random other things. We work hard to get things shipped out as quick as possible, usually same or next day.

    If you are taking a photo of a battery pack complete then it should ship as shown in the photos. The battery I received was poorly packaged. Also missing the buss bars and HV wiring. I misplaced 1 8mm nut. Would have been great if this pack had them. When tearing down the pack I was sent it appeared the cells were over charged. They were swollen. Not all of them but at least 3 of the 6. None of the cells in my pack. Even the bad one was swollen. I got 1 good pack and that was all I needed.
