    Stay AWAY from this seller. I bought men’s shoes from this seller in my size and received women’s size shoes. As with their other cloths items, the listing showed non-returnable. When reaching out to the seller, they acknowledged the mistake but they were rude, called me an inappropriate name and claimed EBAY would not let them issue a refund for their mistake. I have sold plenty of items and know a refund can be issued any time. I even see another buyer claims a rude response from them.

    This buyer asked to return his NEW shoes after having them for three months & not trying them on. When he tried them on, they didn’t fit. eBay‘s return policy does not apply to your item after three months, I told the buyer I was sorry but he was unable to return the item. Unfortunately, he got mad.
