    The Quality, Condition and Appearance, look well when it came in the mail. The oil filter was wrapped in bubble wrap in a bubble wrapped envelope, and it came in the mail rather quickly. The quality of the box that the oil filter was in, was in rough shape for a new oil filter! But overall, the filter appears to be new. I thought the value of the filter was a good price, and I would purchase from Seller again! This is a A+A+A+A+ Seller! If I could rate this Seller with 100% feedback! THANKS

    The wrong item was shipped to me. I contacted the supplier through the proper EBAY procedures, and the supplier apologized for the error and immediately worked with me to return the item. They immediately issued a credit against my credit card. Great service.

    Item is exactly as described. Have not used it yet. Sellers communication is excellent. Shipping took a long time but not sellers fault. If was an issue with carrier. However, seller kept great communication and offered alternatives if needed. Would recommend and buy from again.
