Returns:
We will refund the full purchase price once we receive the unopened item back in resell able condition. It must be returned in the exact condition it was sent in, including the appropriate packaging. If not, a refund will not be granted. Due to the nature of our products, if the item has been opened or tampered with, we CANNOT authorize a refund. If you are returning a quantity of three or more, then a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning a product in its original condition more than 15 days past the return window, then a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    I paid for 2 of 16 oz trace mineral which was $19.95 each. There was several others for sale at $14.00 for 10 oz with other sellers . I received 2 of the 10oz. I contacted the seller and waited 2 days but no response. I feel cheated as I could have had more than 3 of the 10 oz with other sellers and the fact that he didn't even respond to my message makes it look like it was completely intentional.
