    After not receiving my item, nor even receiving shipping information in the quoted time frame, I contacted the seller 3 times. All 3 times were met with no reply. I ended up having to buy my item again, from another seller, in order to have the present my 3 year old requested for his birthday.

    THE SELLER, HOOKED ON TOYS & SPORTING GOODS, NEVER RESPONDED TO MY MESSAGES. NEVER SENT THE POOL WATER FILTERS, WHICH ARE STILL BEING ADVERTISED, EVEN AFTER MY TRYING TO CONTACTING HIM SEVERAL TIMES WANTING TO KNOW THE REASON. THEY ARE SUPPOSEDLY ONLY 150 MILES AWAY SO I THOUGHT I WOULD GET THEM WITHIN A COUPLE DAYS. FINALLY AFTER THE FILTERS NOT BEING SHIPPED 2 WEEKS LATER I HAD TO HAVE EBAY STEP IN AND REFUND MY PAYMENT. I WILL NEVER EVER KNOWINGLY ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!
