    Seller owes me a full refund of over $500. I preserved the rug over 5 weeks ago. It never arrived. They promised me a refund over 3 weeks ago and have NOT refunded my $. This is unacceptable.

    we cannot issue your refund. Ebay need to do it. You had opened a case for not receipt and at that point ebay need to do it. Also we had notified you the item got shipped to wrong customer but on the receipt from back it got damaged in shipping. We cannot ship the damage item to you.

    When I received the rug, it had tape on the back, which I assumed was part of the packaging. After putting the rug in place, a guest noticed that there were threads coming through the surface of the rug. Upon closer examination, I saw that the tape was to camouflage a tear in the carpet. Since this rug was advertised as new, how do you want to adjust?

    You are a dishonest customer. We had put on the listing its a damage rug which is repaired and we had put the pictures in the listing to show the damage and now you are black mailing us and askng discount on $199 you paid for 8x10 rug. That is very shameful of you.
