    Revised + we are communicating about hopefully resolving this issue - Usedequipcomp reached out to work this out and find an answer when equipment shipped, seller had everything packaging inside to keep safe, when package arrived it was broken. It did not say fragile on box, it was heavy, and although should have been delivered better. It is just as pictured, just broken from shipment. When reaching out about this, trying to fix DIY from home, communication has been there to find resolve.

    Terrible customer service. Before I even made an offer, I specifically asked them if the oven was dented behind the handle. It was hard to tell in the picture. Was unsure if it was just a shadow. They said there was not dent. When I received the oven, I noticed it was dented. I understand this oven was listed as parts or repair, but I specifically asked about the dent, and they just lied and said no. I emailed them asking for a partial refund and got nothing.
