  Issue with the shipping, caused a major delay. The packing was not good. The item was packed in a flimsy box. Bubbled wrapped, but it moving around inside the box. Item should have been packed inside a box and placed in a larger box wrapped with bubble wrap. The lid was already outside the bubble wrap. Thank god did not break. Had previously sent a message to seller about same item but different listing, but was ignored. Prompt responses to shipping mess-up (item was on seller's porch).
