I very much like the jacket AND IT DID arrive before the 3 week shipping window. I gave a natural rating because I reached out to the seller and they never responded : ( I very much feel when running an ebay business if a customer asks a question and states "Please Advise" it means they want you to respond, and is upsetting when they don't.
