    I returned the item to the seller promptly, on 2/4/2025. USPS tracking 9302 2105 8210 0021 8087 12. A case has been opened by the seller, blocking my refund which was promised to take place on 2/19. You cannot hold my refund for no good reason! If the seller is upset about not having the merchandise in his hand, he cannot shift his business risk to me. He should deal with USPS. I will be opening a dispute case with CITI tomorrow, if my refund is not issued promptly on 2/19.
