    Ordered November 25th. Tracking number provided November 26th. December 9th, still not shipped and asked when it would ship. Response was it has now shipped, it did not. Two days later, December 11th, is when it actually shipped. Received on December 16th. Now that it is in possession, it is not as described. Ordered ambi cut and it is not. Absolutely ridiculous! What a waste of my time and money.
