  It's been 11 days since purchase and the item wasn't even shipped. After i contacted the seller, they just printed the shipping label, this is very unprofessional , i have been an Ebay customer for over 23 years, never seen such incompetence. I would never buy from this seller and i suggest no one should buy from this business.

  Took ten days to even send it and only after I sent a message then they send it to wrong address and they only did partial refund when they shorted me .34 cents I mean u couldn't do the whole thing since it was there screwup will not be buying from them again

  I do understand this was a very budget product. However, item was listed having a solid lining; it was not. It bent and folded without resistance. Images and description gave the impression of something more substantial. Described .5" padding was only about .25" thick. Nylon did appear to be of good quality. Item sat for five days before shipping. Shipment tracking updates were slow and erratic. Arrived a day later than originally predicted. Seller communication was prompt.
