  There was some sort of stain on the bottom of the skirt. I contacted the seller with photos 3 times and no reply! This is the first negative purchase I have received. All others have come in beautiful condition and one other seller wrote me ahead of time and said she spied a spot and asked if I still wanted it and I told her no. I would've at least had the opportunity to see the stain and make the decision prior to shipment.

  I was not aware of stain. Skirt was in sealed package. I responded to first contact and offered the buyer a full refund and she could keep skirt. But she already left negative feedback. She agreed to remove negative feedback but never did. I describe and take pictures of all items I sell. If there is a problem that I missed I offer a full refund and let buyer keep item.

  Been using ebay for 20+ years and this was the best deal i've found on this site! An unused vitamix bundle for this price is so astounding that I almost feel bad accepting it at this price. One note for the seller - I anticipated it would not include the original packaging so no worries but "open box" sounds like it makes more sense to describe the condition for future listings w/o box rather than "new" even if it's unused. Pointing that out since some people are sticklers for those details.
