  Item as described, seller shipped fast but the transit was slow as a snail, and expensive. The eBay international shipping program is a pain if you live in PR. Because via USPS, PR is DOMESTIC. This item would have arrived in a week for a fraction of the cost. Instead the the international shipping program automatically assign PR as international for even small packages. Thus shipping rate is really high and it takes almost a month for packages to arrive.
