    Great customer service, they were very helpful and got back with any questions that I ask. Shipping was fast and delivered in great shape. This is a very solid excavator. I was surprised of the total thickness of the steel for this machine. The only problem I had was the Briggs engine. I had to clean the carburetor out because some metal was clogging up the port hole and causing it not to run. This was a Briggs issue and not Hengwang. Would I purchase from them again? Yes, with no hesitation.
