The seller was responsive and shipping was timely. The espresso machine was advertised as 'new' and 'open box' and the machine looked new and worked well. My only suggestion is to include the manual, if indeed this was an open box situation. I was able to find the manual online so it was not a fatal flaw by any stretch.
