  I gave a neutral rating because it didn't come with the box or any of the cards that usually come with it, Now to be fair I didn't ask but 95% come with the box unless it is stated in the description. They didn't mention it anywhere so I dropped the rating for that, otherwise the shipping was fast and accepted a lower offer, as I said If I knew the box and COA cards were not included I would have offered around 1/2 the price. My advice is to ask questions with this seller otherwise great job
