  Vendors friendly in our communications; shakers were well-packaged to protect the fragile items. Both in excellent condition. Best of all, they’re exactly what I wanted: the right color and the 2 shakers match each other in color (a previous order from another vendor showed shakers that looked like a matched set in the pics, but when arrived, they were different shades, as if from a different glaze batch). Great transaction!

  This seller has gone above and beyond in dealing with my virtual pet nerd-dom, they have been SUPER communicative with all of my questions and concerns, very understanding when it came to asking for a return/switching of an item that didn’t work (new-old stock virtual pets often have battery corrosion and the seller was more than willing to do an exchange which thrilled me as I need this pet for my collection).
