Here you will find furniture crafted the way it has been for centuries...one at a time by skilled craftsmen. No shortcuts are taken in the making our furniture. Using the centuries-old techniques of dovetails and mortise-and-tenon joinery; our artisans craft exceptional furnishings. With a focus on quality craftsmanship, we’ve partnered with a network of over two dozen manufacturers. The majority of these are small, family-owned woodworking shops located within 20 miles of our showroom. As we’ve worked with many of these shops for years, we’ve cultivated solid relationships with these craftsmen. As our craftsmen typically construct their pieces one-at-a-time, we can provide an extended level of customization. Not only can you choose your wood species, finish color, & hardware; but you can also customize dimensions, drawer configurations and other features. The options are limited only by your imagination!

    Had this arrived undamaged and with all parts, it would have been as described. Unfortunately, it was delivered in a damaged box, missing parts - bent and unusable. I contacted Hearthside and they responded immediately trying to find a solution. In the end, we accepted a full refund and were not required to return the product. UPS was responsible for the damage - not Hearthside and we appreciated their rapid response.
