  Attempted communication 4 times with seller about failure to ship or to notify when shipment expected without receiving feedback. Then attempted to cancel and requested a refund, but seller said too late and to expect shipment by a specific date. Item did not arrive on that date or afterwards. Seller finally processed a refund 17 days after order placed. Not sure if this failure to communicate is endemic, but had the seller communicated, a negative feedback may have been avoided
