    I am a loyal Ebay buyer, and I am extremely happy with Ebay's prices and services. But this particular item was listed on Ebay for $7.70, but the seller charged my account $15.00. The seller eventually credited the difference. Also, the phone case the seller sent me was a different case than was pictured in the Ebay ad. I never did get the phone case that I ordered. Instead, the seller sent me a compromise refund, which I accepted because I was tired of dealing with the whole ordeal.

I had one question and the seller was so prompt. 3. The 9005 (High beam bulbs) are of excellent quality. Very bright. cooling fan is practically silent. No light scattering and the beam is clear. 4.
