The fish were packaged immaculately. Each came in it's own bag, heat packs were included, and they arrived alive and exactly as described.   Item was shipped the following Monday after purchase, item was shipped with UPS 2 day, which is a better option than I was expecting. The box was well insulated and there was a heat pack included as well as being labeled with a live fish stamp.. the fish I received was the EXACT same fish as the picture of the listing. I’ve been in the betta hobby for about 20 years and this seller did everything they could to ensure the safety of the fish. Great value and the seller reply’s to messages.
