Welcome to the Hartville Hardware Outlet! We handle overstock and returned merchandise from our parent companies Hartville Hardware and Hartville Hardware Online.

Hours of operation: Monday-Friday 8 am to 4 pm (EASTERN). Any orders placed after 3 pm (1pm Friday) Eastern will go out the next business day.

Used items are items that have been returned. These items either have damaged or missing packaging. If the actual product has any defects, they will be noted in the product description. See pictures and descriptions for any issues with the item.

My last order sat in the USPS warehouse in Jackson Mississippi for two weeks, I tried everything including getting my local USPS office involved but still not moving.
