Package arrived torn and half open. positive is the item was exactly as listed, it was a bit smaller than expected but is still a great size. Weight and feel was better than expected. Came with lingerie, warming insert and drying stick for cavities. Overall I am. Very pleased with this purchase and seller. Could improve the packaging and include cleaning/care instructions. ❤️
