    When I purchased underwear (2packs of 6) it stated 2-4days shipping, but in description it says 5-7 on East coast, which is where I live (2hrs away to e exact)...it's been 10 days and I have messaged them asking what is hold up, because status only shows paid, and not even a label created, and they have yet to respond. to my inquiries... just poor business...I expected more from such a large company, and with a 99% rating with well over 100k sales. Hanes you need to do better.
