We opened in 1992 In North Idaho and in 1993 moved to the Spokane Valley. We combine shipping on orders place at the same time ( within a few hours) but ebay handles the payments so we refund after the buyer pays, we tend to ship twice a day, no shipments after 12.00 on Saturdays or Holidays,or Sundays.
