    Came with all the papers, Box was in good condition, however the packaging was so weird. I’d understand if you need all that bubble wrap if a phone was in there but there was so much protection for a box that didn’t have much value.

    All that bubble wrap was to protect the empty box. I think you would have been mad if the box you purchased came damaged due to not protective packaging. To us an empty box that was purchased from our store is just as important as an expensive item. Someone paid money for both, so we feel it is our job to ship both securely.
