  They send me the wrong item and do not allow me to return. I explained to them that their item does not work because it is larger than what I need. I show them the pictures, and they told me that I trick them. Moreover, they always say that their part fits and ask me to contact the manufacturer to verify their part while it has no label and identification to identify. Overall, they claim many reasons to refuse my request of return or exchange for the right one.
