It was completely unprofessional and shocking. There was a hole was so massive, I expected the console to be broken. Luckily, greatstar13 padded all the devices in a sufficient amount of bubble wrap which protected everything from being damaged by a reckless employee. It works as described, thank you :) (P.S. If possible, avoid using Intelcom as your delivery company!)

Glad I did as the cable was the problem but felt good that even if it wasn't I would have a spare/ Contacted seller about combining items into one shipping box and was quick to respond. I have put seller on my short list of prefered sellers. Thanks for prompt responses, great service and quality items!
