  I used ebay for many years, and only a few times I have had terrible customers. However, this is my first having a terrible sell (see pic below). I am an avid LEGO collector, so the condition of the box is very important. Once I received the item, I noticed it was seriously damaged presumably from shipping and handling. After returning it to the seller, they claim I switched boxes on them and is now trying to scam the system. They probably did not insure it, so be careful with this seller!

  Item was insured in full. I shipped the item with a hidden mark because I've learnt some low life like you would switch and return. Returned box was crushed as you've described but the item inside also has many creases/faded color that couldn't be caused by crushed shipping box. Most importantly the hidden mark was gone? You asked if mine was in perfect condition without creases, scuffs or scratches so you can replace it with your damaged LEGO. You piece of trash!

  The first box got lost in the mail, but the seller offered to fully refund me or replace my order. I chose to replace because I really wanted the set. It may have taken a little longer to get here, but I'm glad it did. It's exactly what I hoped for.
