  Excellent - All parts and everything that would come with a new product. If no for minor wear on one small wheel this refurbished electric dolly could easily pass as new. This should be described as like new. Shipping was fast and in original box. GreatCircleUSA is an excellent seller on ebay. I dropped them a note that it would be a few weeks before I opened the box.   the trailer dolly works for my needs, I did lower the tire pressure to which does give me the little extra traction I need. the customer service is really top notch. my item was missing a piece, probably from shipping as the box looked beat up. they handled it in less than 24 hours. I also like the fact I was able to pick it up at a lower cost. it looked brand new and had no visible signs of use being a refurbished item. im very happy with my experience with this seller.
