  Ultimately the item was not as described, but thankfully, the seller was willing to communicate about the discrepancies & refunded the purchase price. I had only asked for partial refund, & they refunded the total, so I am giving them more stars w/ this note: do ask questions about the item before purchase. They said the discrepancies had to do with AI. The item was NOT in good condition much less "excellent". multiple repairs needed & very dirty. Also NOT a 16 inch doll but a 13 inch
