  This seller sent me an item which I asked for a refund as the shoes were too large. As soon as I asked for a refund they wrote the longest worded letter I have even seen , the box came damaged and they said return with the new box which it was not . They don’t want to refund as they even claimed that if I’m a smoker ( which I am not ) they won’t refund . Absolutely disgraceful. Go shoes should not claim to do refunds when they don’t want to help at all . No return label nothing . Never again

  buyer received excellent product and service and we offer full refund , buyer never return the shoes . its a new buyer to ebay that has no clue about return and feedbacks
