    This was an excellent buying experience! The price of the item (Book & DVDs) was great, but what was even greater was the effort put by the seller to ensure that the package would get to its destination safely.     Bracelet showed excessive wear with multiple bent links. Requested refund of original purchase plus orig shipping fees and chose to be nice to a charity seller and pick return option to pay return shipping instead of 'not as described'-do not make that mistake my friends! Seller refused to refund original shipping. Now out $8.26 total shipping-$4.13 x 2 both ways. Unacceptable. Advised by eBay customer service to leave negative feedback. So here it is.
