    Seller communication was as others described, non-existent. Even after filing complaint with eBay for not reciting order within specified timeframe, I heard nothing from the seller. Took over a week from order before item was actually shipped. Would definitely not order from seller again. Eight thumbs down.

    You opened an ebay case as the item was in transit with USPS, you had the tracking numbers available, We updated the ebay case with a refresh of the tracking number to point to the status of your shipment. We do not have the option to provide any more information than USPS can from the tracking. It is unfortunate that USPS has been under performing in their delivery times and infrequent tracking updates.
