  I bought an item, seller didn't have a box, then don't sell it if your not prepared. refunds me, finds a box, reaches out to me & wants to up charge me $10 because of the box or shipping or both.... this is bad business. don't buy from this seller.

  We received an item that is defective and cannot ever be used per the manufacturer Bushnell. Tried to contact seller and no response stating item cannot be returned but they will not issue a credit. I am most upset that this issue cannot seem to be resolved.   I am not sure why you gave me negative feedback. I have not received anything from you wanting a refund or wanting return the order. I would gladly give you a refund if you ship the product back. I have never said anything saying I would not issue a credit? I have not seen a message, or an Ebay message stating you would like to return the product? I have no idea how you are stating this issue cannot be resolved.
