    The item arrived in some plastic bag, as if it were from the packing of another item. When I opened it, I discovered that the product had been crushed because it wasn’t packaged properly. I asked for a replacement or refund and was offered a replacement at half price, as if it was my fault the item got crushed during shipping. I did my part by paying for shipping, so the least the seller could have done was package it properly. This was a total rip off!

    Description is misleading as you think you’re getting protectors for 2 hats but in fact you get 1 protector that is based on 2 pcs. Worst thing is that the packing was very poor and i got all 3 packages with damaged and bent items. I contacted the sellers a week ago and sent descriptions and pictures and they keep writing automated replies that i should send descriptions and pictures… I can’t use this product and i want a refund!
