However, the seller offered to take the item back and absorb the shipping cost, or accept reasonable compensation for the error. I agreed to the compensation.   They are not the “exact same neck as in the pictures”. The photos show ballert frets the one you will receive does not have those. Seller is basically lying to you by saying in the description that the neck in the pictures is the exact same neck you will receive. That simply isn’t true. When I messaged them about it they said “another person said that he ball end frets are not good so we don use those anymore. 😂 The neck I received is usable but the fret ends needed filed and polished
