When we purchase products, we inspect them to make sure they work. We also inspect the products again when we ship them out to make sure they work. It's possible that the product did not turn on due to it being subjected to an impact during delivery. As this product was out of stock and we were unable to exchange it, we have provided a full refund. We are very grateful to the buyer for recycling this product.
