  I was looking forward to receiving this keychain, but never received it. I was issued a refund, but was not given an explanation. It is difficult shopping for an item, ruling out other options, taking the time to make a purchase, then never receiving the item. Now, I am back to square one. I tried to contact the seller directly, as I never want to leave negative feedback, unnecessarily; but I could not find an option to do this. This was quite a disappointing experience.
