    As far as I know, my order is still packaged up since 02/28 when a tracking number was assigned. It is now 03/13 and usps hasn’t be giving the package. Communication is lacking. Service is lacking. Follow up is lacking. Ebay won’t give a refund until package is sent.

    Seller is a good communicator. Answered my questions and shipped quickly. Unfortunately due to no fault of seller (the shipping company and the heat) clams arrived DOA. Seller attempted to ship another but again shipping company lost the package and delivered over a week later leading to another DOA. Seller was kind to reimburse. Will buy from seller again and recommend.

    Dear buyer, you do not read the description carefully and you bought the wrong type of plant. This is Kaffir lime plant cutting. In the description it stated clearly that the cutting is for grafting or for cloning only. It is not meant to plant straight in the pot or on soil in full sun. If you want the plant that already have roots, ready for planting, you should look for plant seedling and not plant cutting. So don't blame seller for your own mistake. I already gave you full refund. Peace
