  I had a highly disappointing experience with the seller. The item I received was clearly used before being sealed in a plastic bag and the doll was leaking liquid from its bottom, causing a stain on my carpet. I collected all necessary documentation and photos to support my claim, but the seller responded with disrespectful accusations, alleging I wasn’t being truthful. Despite being the victim in this situation, the seller, as a power seller, had eBay's support, and I ultimately lost the case.
