  Two weeks later, they still have not shipped the card, they never contacted me, and in general just have poor customer service. I had not looked at reviews pre iously, but it appears they have a history of doing this. I could maybe see it with a $1 card, but this was almost $10, and I would think a bit more care would be given to ensure it actually got sent.
