  The cane arrived with several issues and it was unacceptable to me. Seller responded to my communication. Seller addressed my concerns. We comprised on a solution. I am not 100% happy, Seller is not 100% happy. But all was settled with a few messages. The issue arose because the images were of a similar but different cane; the cane I received was not of the quality and exact design as the one pictured; further aside from the quality issues a difference in the hand grip made it unusable for me.
