  Box arrived damage and unsealed but the seller gave a partial refund and allowed me to keep the item. I’m a collector of sealed items in this toy line so I think there was some miscommunication regarding this, but overall the seller was polite, courtesy, and offered a reasonable resolution. I will still need to buy a sealed one else where but I have this other one to either display or trade or something. Satisfied overall. Just be careful buying if you are a sealed in box collector.

  The figure I got was in mint condition, and I was able to get it at an earlier and better price. My only suggestion is matching the photo shown of the figure to the actual figure sold, as I received the shorter, first edition release of Bladeguard Veterans instead of the taller later versions. The picture of my purchase has differences that can be spotted if you look hard enough. I want to emphasize that the figure came in new and unopened, so if that's all you care about, then no worries.
