  good crystal growth lines, except where it was cut from seed. 1/8 1nch looks to be remelted ruby, possibly from laxer cut. will need to facet past melted part to make it look nice. small fractures on broken end. i expect to get at most half the ct wt once cut and polished. overall not the best grade but nice color, and fair quality lab ruby. =)
