    Box arrived intact but agave inside was damaged; almost half the leaves were broken because of the lack of packing material to protect it. I messaged Daniya for help & she defiantly refused to accept responsibility, forcing me to open a claim through eBay. Because eBay got me a refund, and because the plant itself was nice but sadly damaged, I’m rating this neutral vs. negative. Still, a bad experience & recommend you BEWARE of THIS SELLER!
