  I'm not entirely happy about this entire experience to be honest. Had bad communication with seller. But.....when I basically told him off, he went above and beyond and filed a missing mail request. Tracking hasn't updated in almost a week. As soon as his request was processed, it showed up on my front porch. No seller has ever gone that far to make sure I was okay. So that's why it went from Neutral to Positive.
