    The package arrived as new, including the glove, and everything is in perfect condition. The screen has a slight difference in color compared to my Mac but has good quality. Overall, I didn't see any signs of use and is really good as new. The price is also worth it if you compare to other models. Gaomon service is really good! I had some questions for them and they were very helpful. Recommend!

    Deceptive tactics, false advertisement. Seller states item comes with a pen in all descriptions only to ship it without it. Seller does this so they can sell you the pen. Seller is appalling and swindler.

    I was very unhappy about the service but I have to be fair that after my message they have sent out an alternative and that has worked brilliantly, I just need it for some on-line workshops using it as a white board marker. The packaging was very good and every thing was as promised, they have been responsive and now understand that if something is up for auction then you cannot sell it elsewhere. Products are good, service is good. Thank you.

    Good stuff! The pen was not in their US stock so they shipped one overseas. Took a little while but earlier than they said it would and with no input from me. Also they let me refund like twice cuz I ordered wrong. Good stuff.

    So, I received this item, and it was undamaged and shipped properly, however, in the supplies box was a notice that the pen that was advertised with this listing was not included. Otherwise, I am pleased with this purchase. It does upset me that I was not told about this before the delivery date so I could have one ordered and hopefully here before or soon after the product came, since I cannot test the device until I get that later this week or next.
